- Heat.net's servers go cold.
[ posted by: R.I.P ]- Well, the next step in Sega's ratcheting down services as they prepare to become a meager third-party software developer is upon us. "Heat.Net" has announced that they will be closing their systems down at the end of March 2001.
- Currently you can read the closure notice on the Heat.Net web site, where they are directing on-line gamers to move over to SegaNet. On the up-side fans of 10SIX will be lucky enough to keep their game since they will be moved to a new web-site dedicated to the title at "www.10six.com".
