R.I.P.
At long last, a boxing game that I really enjoyed playing. I will admit that at first I was put off by the control (which, mind you, is no easy thing to master), but I kept at it, and I can even recall the moment that the control just seemed to click in my head... All of a sudden I started kicking some serious butt in the game and thoroughly enjoying it (playing the game that is). Foes of Ali has quite a bit of atmosphere in it (very good crowd and announcer audio), as well as several modes of view during game play including one in which you can watch yourself (as Ali) beat the crap of his opponent, from the opponents point of view (ie: seeing with the opponents eyes) -- While this can be disorientating to play, I still thought it was a cool feature. Anyways, there's lots of other cool things about this game, and I could go on... Go check it out.

Salamander
Foes of Ali is a very in-depth game. While confusing at first, you really have a very large amount of control over your fighter. The varying perspectives are interesting, and the historical summaries add to the feeling of realism significantly. A winner for sports fans or boxing nuts.
