The Adventures of Batman and Robin -- Sega/Clockwork Tortoise, Inc.

R.I.P.
Hmmmm... This is not a platform game.... No matter how many people tell you "oh yeah, you drive a whole bunch and then it's a platform game"! Just ignore them. This game is not a platform game.

What is it then you ask? It's a driving game. Well, a driving and sometimes shooting game. ...and the levels go on foooooorrrrrrrrr ever. In fact, I think they're still going on even after I got frustrated and turned off the game.

What did I like about the game then? Well, I enjoyed the WB Studios animated cinemas. Heck, everything about this game was pretty good. The music is awesome, the graphics and sound are tops for the genesis. But damn it, the levels go on for so long that they wear on my patience. This alone knocks playability for me, but then again, that may not bother others.

The bottom line is, if you like arcade style driving games on the SegaCD, then this is a sure keeper. As well for fans of Batman games, this is one of the better uses of the Batman license in a video game.
