Jurassic Park -- Sega

R.I.P.
Maybe it's just me, but these FMV adventure games never really did much for me. Sure, you occasionally find a game with a compelling story-line, but this one didn't grab me.

I never really liked the cart version of this game, and I felt the addition of the FMV, music and paleontologist commentary didn't add enough to improve the weak game... but on the other hand, people that I've know that loved the game, felt that the improvements provided by the CD made a world of difference. Either way, this is clearly a case where the CD version offers more that the cart than just music.

Graphics, are decent, but the FMV is nothing to write home about. Sound and gameplay are all ok on this title, but unless you're a collector, or a fan of Jurassic Park games, I'd say skip it. On the other hand, this game might be fun for middle-school aged kids who are into dinosaurs.
