Super Castlevania IV -- Konami

Konami's Super Castlevania IV for the SNES is a classic side scrolling adventure game. As Simon Belmont you must battle to fend off the curse of the evil Count Dracula. Armed with your trusty whip, you must fight through over 11 levels--including the rotating dungeon.

Ferrari Man
This is the type of game everyone hopes for on a machine like this. With very well placed use of Mode 7 scaling and rotation this game presents some incredible backgrounds. There is no real new twists to the theme of this game; however, the change in player control adds a whole new dimension to it. Konami out did themselves--job well done.

This game is destined to be a classic for the SNES. This time Konami did a great job and really put alot of thought into this cart. The graphics in this game are sensational. The gameplay is great, especially everything that you can do with your whip. The music is great. This game is a must buy for SNES owners.

R.I.P.
The first and foremost game for showing off the SNES. Not only that, this game is PRIMO! A brilliant follow up to the first three parts. The enhanced graphics give a new twist to a familiar game. My personal favorite part of the game are the tricks that can be performed with your whip. Also!! Excellent music! Crank it up!

Salamander
Absolutely awesome! This game is beyond... well, anything you've ever seen before. A long time Castlevania fan, Castlevania IV captures the spirit of the first game; and with incredible graphics, excellent sound, and superior play control this title is hotter than hot. It's (ready for the vocab word?) magnanimous. Simon's new maneuvers add depth to the game. The backgrounds are really innovative, as well; particularly the tower scene--in this scene, you are climbing a tower, and the curved tower wall behind you gives the illusion that it is rotating about you. It is absolutely incredible. The best thing about Castlevania IV is EVERYTHING--need I say more...?
