Star Wars -- U.S. Gold

Re-enact the movie in this action packed game from U.S Gold. Many challenges await you as Luke, the Princess and others. Side-scrolling action is yours in this hot new title for the Sega Game Gear.

Ferrari Man
Star Wars was very much different than I had expected. The game was fast paced and full of action. It requires a sharp eye to pick out the fast moving bad dudes, especially on the small Game Gear screen (as compared to a roomy 27" TV). Pretty good sound accompanies this cute title. A perfect stocking stuffer for the Game Gear in every house.

????
Graphics are fairly good for this game. But from what I saw you were lucky if you could get more than two enemies on the screen. The sound was all right and the control was average. This game just got boring very quickly. I recommend you try this one out before you buy it.

R.I.P.
Different than I expected, but then again different can be good. I liked this version of Star Wars. I think some of the enemies moved a bit to fast for such a tiny play area, but other than that, the game was quite enjoyable.

Salamander
While I didn't find this title as captivating as its big brother in 16-bit, Star Wars on the Game Gear still bears notice. This title is a class-act production. While the gameplay did seem to drag a bit, it was still interesting. Above average.
